- We use Royal Mail – 24 Hour Tracked Delivery Service to dispatch your live Black Soldier Fly larvae.
- You will receive confirmation from us when your order is dispatched. You will also receive a separate email or text (depending upon the information you provided) directly from Royal Mail with your delivery tracking number. You will be able to track your order directly with Royal Mail.
- We only dispatch freshly harvested live Black Soldier Fly larvae Monday – Thursday. Please note we use the harvested live Black Soldier Fly larvae harvested Friday – Saturday for our in-house breeding program.
- For orders received by 13:00 on Monday – Thursday, we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day. The dispatch of all orders will be dependent on the harvested volume of our live Black Soldier Fly larvae.
